My daughter did GCSE PE, most children got 3's and 4's, the highest grade was a 7. Why has this happened? There is barely any staff, the actual GCSE PE teacher they have was pregnant and had to also work as assistant headteacher, not only overworking her but also making her miss out on classes close to and DURING GCSE season. This school is unbelievable!
This school is shocking - Do not even consider - So many investigation and staged Ofsted inspections Teacher emotionally unstable - inappropriate behavior towards students poor communication with home Teachers stressed - too many leaders and poor leadership causes - no direction out of control teacher doing what they want. Saying what they want to students, insulting them, not listening punitive and an unsupported mental health triggering environment.
Was an outstanding school but that is all they care about. Now already requires improvement and are making kids stay until 5:30pm just to make up for our missed learning

Our daughter goes to this school and I couldn't be more disappointed in how the school has performed. Constant teacher strikes during 2023/24 - now pushing 20 days of strikes. The recent Ofsted rating of Requires Improvement is very apt, and fundamentally the senior leadership are responsible for low morale among teaching staff. I wouldn't recommend this school while the current senior leadership are in situ. The trajectory is still currently downwards and isn't about...
SLT bullies staff. Kids disrespectful and rude. Lost all it stood for the past 3 years Avoid. Avoid. Avoid
The school's ongoing challenges, including disruptive behavior, limited extracurriculars, and poor communication with parents, have significantly impacted the learning environment. However, the additional burden of frequent teacher strikes during the first term and the looming threat of more closures due to a teacher's suspension further exacerbate the instability, disrupting education and parental routines. The unresolved disputes between staff and administration compound existing issues, intensifying the overall strain on students, parents, and the school community.
