We cordially invite you to Stationers' Crown Woods Academy and do so with a great deal of pride.
We are a values-based academy that is proud of all of its pupils and has a firm conviction in the potential of every person.
Staff members are passionate and committed to pushing, challenging, and supporting students in all aspects of their learning experiences so they can realise their full potential and acquire critical life skills that will help them succeed in a constantly changing environment.
Our curriculum offers a wide range of disciplines that encourage kids to aspiration, effort, and success. It is innovative, inclusive, and broad.
Being a member of a staff team with such a high level of professionalism and competence, all of whom are committed to the academic success, character development, happiness, and well-being of the students, is a tremendous honour.
Our students have access to a staggering array of opportunities in business, education, and industry since we are a Stationers' school and a member of the Leigh Academies Trust.
We are aware that young people perform at their best in a nurturing and encouraging environment, and that a positive home-school partnership is crucial to assisting our kids in realising their full potential.
The Academy's administrative centre is located in the Crown Building, which also has the main hall and two theatre studios on the ground floor.
Each school contains three scientific labs, seven ordinary classrooms, an ICT lecture room, and a specifically equipped ICT room (9 in Delamere).
On our website's curriculum page, you may find more information about our current course offerings.
Arden is a sizable and sophisticated sixth-form facility.
The whole spectrum of A levels, BTEC, and vocational qualifications are studied by students.
13 ICT rooms, 3 ICT lecture rooms, 2 labs, an autonomous learning centre, and 6 regular classrooms are all available at the centre.
In our unique and imaginative "Well Being" programme, each student gets a tutor who is responsible for both their academic development and personal needs. They interact with their tutor every day.
This includes teaching kids the character qualities necessary to lead fulfilling lives, as well as topics like health, wellbeing, personal development, learning, and thinking skills.
Within each of the small schools, pupils have access to a School Support Officer in addition to their tutor.
