a vision of our school where every student makes extraordinary growth. We focus on the whole educational experience for each student, aiming for success in examinations and the other aspects of school life, sports, the arts, leadership and extra-curricular activities. Students' increased self-assurance and skills pave the way for their entry into higher education and the workforce. Only through collaborating with families and a variety of community partners will this be possible. Since leadership is what creates the culture and the vision, the team and I got together to discuss the traits we look for in one another.
