Greetings from our Sixth Form.
The Sixth Form Leadership Team is extremely proud of the vibrant and forward-thinking Sixth Form, which provides a wide range of topics and top-notch individualised student support to ensure that every student reaches their potential.
Additional academic, spiritual, and extracurricular activities round out our strong academic programme.
While the majority of our students enrol in universities, we take pleasure in the considerable support we provide to those who would choose to pursue career paths other than academia. Our students consistently land the finest school leaver programmes and apprenticeships in the North West and beyond.
Personalised work experience options are geared to meet career objectives, and individual career guidance is given throughout the Sixth Form.
We invite representatives from universities and the business sector to speak to our students each week in order to provide them deep insights into both the business and academic worlds.
With a range of activities planned for after school and at lunch, the social life in the sixth form is interesting and varied.
Trips abroad, volunteer work, debate, taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award and the Sports Leaders Award Scheme, orchestra, and chorus are just a few of the activities that our sixth-form students are now involved in.

It is such a good school! Of course everyone finds school boring sometimes, but teachers are always there whenever you need them. The food is also great (especially the curly fries).
