From the Ridgeway High School
On September 8, 2017, Archbishop John Sentamu formally launched our new school building. Mr. Taylor was present.
We appreciate your interest in Ridgeway High School and your time spent learning more about us.
In the history of the school, which opened its doors for the first time in 1974, a significant turning point was marked with the opening of our brand-new facility in September 2017.
The new Ridgeway High School, the result of five years of development, provides a beautiful learning environment, and I am very happy to serve as Headteacher at this momentous point in the school's history.
My promise is to give your child with inspirational instruction in state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional pastoral care, and, of course, to uphold a laser-like concentration on accomplishment and excellence.
Inspirational learning is the epitome of the educational experience I want Ridgeway High School to provide for students as we work to develop young people who are self-assured, tenacious learners, and responsible citizens who are prepared for the rigours of contemporary life.
We are once again oversubscribed for the upcoming Year 7, which makes me very happy.
If you are new to us, I am pleased that you wish to learn more about us and may be thinking about sending your child to Ridgeway High School for secondary education.
