From the St Mary's Catholic High School
St. Mary's is a Catholic high school first and foremost, with a unique ethos centred on the person and teachings of Jesus Christ. Every one of our 1670 students is their parents' most priceless gift, and as the dignity of every person is at the core of Catholic teaching, we are painfully aware of this. Each and every one of the students has unique skills, abilities, and areas for growth. Being an 11–18 school, it is our honour to accompany students as they transition from childhood through adolescence and into adulthood. In addition to helping them succeed academically, we will encourage and challenge them to develop as people. This will prepare them for adult life with a sense of strength and purpose, resilience, and self-belief, as well as compassion, moral principles, and a sense of justice. I hope our website is helpful to you. We see this as a window into our school, a chance to spread the word and honour our kids and their achievements. You are of course welcome to visit our school if you are a potential student or parent to form your own opinions about our mission, ethos, and daily operations. Please get in touch with Karen Roberts at the school so that she can set up this for you.
