Every student at The Robert Napier School is expected to depart the institution having done their utmost best. The school motto, "Excellence in all we do", permeates every aspect of life at the school, from the high quality lessons students engage in, to the outstanding range of extra-curricular activities we offer and encourage students to get involved in. While each of the three FPGSAT schools has its own distinct identity, name, and uniform, the Trust's ideals apply to all trust community members and are shared by all three schools. Simply put, it is excellence as demonstrated by the four elements listed below. Outstanding Community Understanding one's place within the trust community, the school community, the local community, the country community, and the international community. Fantastic Environment Respect and consideration should be shown for all trust members' working conditions. The success of the students depends on each of the four strands. The school puts in a lot of effort to make sure students can access these four ideas and actively participate in advancing them. Establish a climate of high expectations, raise the bar, and help all students develop their fundamental abilities. Create a distinct sense of purpose for your kids so they have the motivation and aspiration to succeed. a strong focus on excellent behaviour to ensure that the atmosphere we create is calm and orderly and that all children and our staff may flourish there. Develop each instructor into a more self-aware professional who can bring forth the best in each pupil. Utilize specialists from our Trust Schools to support quick advancement and put improvement plans into action when needed. We will continually be open about the progress against these aims and will work tirelessly to ensure that students achieve excellence in all that they do.
