While each of the three FPGSAT schools has its own distinct identity, name, and uniform, the Trust's ideals apply to all trust community members and are shared by all three schools. Simply put, it is excellence as demonstrated by the four elements listed below. Outstanding Community Understanding one's place within the trust community, the school community, the local community, the country community, and the international community. Fantastic Environment Respect and consideration should be shown for all trust members' working conditions. The success of the students depends on each of the four strands. Create a distinct sense of purpose for your kids so they have the motivation and aspiration to succeed. a strong focus on excellent behaviour to ensure that the atmosphere we create is calm and orderly and that all children and our staff may flourish there. Since the school has been taken over by the new headteacher Mrs Tomkins , behaviour around the school has improved massively. However the school does not have many decent facilities as students have wrecked them.
