I have worked closely with the Head Teacher, Mrs. Leah Adams, over my five years at Northlands as Deputy Head Teacher, and I share her goals for the school and neighbourhood.
Being in charge of Northlands Primary School during Mrs. Adams' maternity leave is an honour, and I look forward to working hard to continue building a school that values respect and has a positive culture.
You are cordially invited to browse our school website. It gives me great pleasure to be writing to you as the new acting head teacher of Northlands Primary School.
I am incredibly proud to be the head teacher of a fantastic school in Rugby that has a beautiful community.
In addition to sharing practically all (there are so many) of the accomplishments and enriching experiences of our students and community, I am confident that our site will give you the information you require.
For our students, parents, carers, and staff, we offer a joyful, stimulating, and caring environment, ensuring that everyone realises their potential.
A portion of our students speak English as a second language, and we help them as they adjust to life in the UK and develop their English language skills while still fostering their proficiency in their native tongue.
All members of our diverse community, to which we all belong, are welcomed, valued, and included at Northlands.
In an effort to give everyone the chance to realise their potential dreams, Northlands challenges learning barriers.
Our staff is dedicated to fostering a love of learning, and we think that this can be done best by collaborating with parents and families.
Everyone is welcome to approach a staff member on the playground or stop by the school office to schedule a meeting with a member of our team because we have a "open door" policy.
