Welcome to our school. We are a dedicated and compassionate school community seeking to develop our kids as lifelong learners. Since the last Ofsted inspection, staff, parents, governors and children have been working hard to develop our school ethos, community and the learning experiences that we offer. Our goal is to inspire children to learn by giving them the tools, motivation, and information they need to be lifelong learners in and out of the classroom. Our kids will grow up to be kind, responsible adults who the neighbourhood can be proud of. 1) Encourage kids to learn new things all the time in the classroom, outside, and in their community. 2) Create confident, accountable people who become courteous and engaged citizens. 3) Encourage children's curiosity by giving them access to a broad curriculum and engaging learning opportunities. 3. Make sure kids are raised in a high-aspiration environment that encourages resiliency and initiative. 4) Actively promote children's pride in their own and other cultures; developing an understanding of themselves as a member of their immediate community and as a global citizen. 5) Foster self-control and independence in kids so they can be in charge of their own education when they get older. We are an improving school where every second counts and, with our new Senior Leadership team, we are busy putting key plans in place to ensure that all children achieve and thrive at Moston Fields.
