Alma Park Primary School strives to create a community where people may support and understand one another. All employees are dedicated to providing a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere for kids. The quality of partnership with parents/carers, open channels of communication, acknowledging positive behavious and encouraging children to negotiate and co-operate with each other all contribute to ensuring a trusting environment. This is a crucial element that considerably enhances the working culture in our schools. Through attentive resource use and upkeep, children are actively encouraged to participate in the learning process, organise their own learning, and support classroom administration. There is a School Council, which is composed of students chosen to represent their class. The students are given the chance to participate in enhancing everyone's experience at school. Members of the Council who are students collaborate with teachers to provide a supportive school environment. The school's ethos thrives and all of the students gain when all of the aforementioned factors are interdependent.
