Being the Chair of Governors at this unique and compassionate Christian institution makes me happy and proud.
The governors have been appointed to represent the local authority, the teaching and support staff, the church as founding governors, and most importantly, you as the parents and guardians of the students enrolled in our school.
The variety of experiences that governors bring to the table makes them valuable contributors to the management of our school.
We have governors that have experience in building maintenance, finance, health care, and education.
In fact, I worked at St. Luke's for 11 great years as a teacher before spending 17 incredibly happy years as the headteacher of St. John's CE Primary School in Ainsdale.
Be assured that we will always act with your children's best interests in mind.
We are all in Christ's compassion and care since He is the "heartbeat" of the St. Luke's school community.
The education and upbringing of your children have been given to us, and we value each child's "uniqueness" as a child of God.
