From the St John Fisher Catholic Comprehensive School
In 1964, St. John Fisher Catholic Comprehensive School was founded. The sole secondary Catholic school in the Local Authority, St. John Fisher is a special school in Medway. Additionally, it is the only secondary school with two distinct campuses, which enables us to offer a small, loving school exclusively for Years 7 and 8, greatly easing the transition from primary to secondary education. Our Ordnance Street location has our Sixth Form Center, which offers a variety of specialised facilities such a café bar, ICT suites, and classrooms, as well as a specialised centre for Years 9 through 13. Students in Years 9 through 11 have a wide variety of academic and applied options to choose from, ensuring that they have the right learning pathways that lead to success. The Ordnance Street location has undergone renovations and enhancements to provide better access to learning via ICT, upgraded scientific labs, multi-media access for BTEC courses, and a renovated library. We are confident that our sixth form centre encourages and challenges pupils to do their best work. Additionally, they will have more opportunity to serve as role models for younger students and contribute to the culture and ethos of the school because they will be housed with children in Years 9 through 11. By serving as Head Boy and Head Girl on the Sixth Form squad, they can further hone their leadership abilities. The headteacher of St. John Fisher School is Mrs. Dympna Lennon.

Racists are defended. A form tutor screamed at a student until they were bawling their eyes out. In fights, if someone threw the first punch but the other still one the other would be punished more
