In the heart of Pendle, East Lancashire, Fisher More Comprehensive School is a highly successful, joyful, and flourishing institution. With views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside from almost every room, the school is in a desirable location. The Catholic tradition has deep roots in the school. We accept students who are willing to embrace our distinctive mission and ethos from any faith or background. Every day, we put in the effort to live out our objective and actively promote "all our bright colours to shine." We endeavour to identify and develop everyone's abilities and talents so that we can all reach our full potential. We consistently have the top exam scores in Pendle and frequently the best in all of East Lancashire, and I'm delighted to say that. Every student leaves with everything they require to ensure their success in the future. Ofsted and Diocesan Inspection 2016 highlighted the very many strengths that exist in the school it continues to be a very 'Good' school. Fisher More is trying to become better. We are a school that always seeks ways to enhance the wonderful things we already do in order to make them even better. We are meeting that challenge and the escalating demand it entails as a school community. Future success will be even more assured, we are confident. As we move forward in cooperation, we are eager to welcome and collaborate with you.
