The two phases function slightly differently in order to achieve these goals: The Secondary Department strives to teach students using a mainstream model while putting an emphasis on each child's unique requirements. The FE Department's goals are to get students ready for post-secondary options such assisted living and additional study. Therefore, the emphasis is on independent living, work experience and students being able to take part in activities with a wider range of staff and students.
