Decent school in Birmingham. Some teachers are good but others give detentions for no reason. Speak to your head of year to sort that out. School is small it needs to be bigger and better classrooms. Teachers are supportive only if you're in the right class. Talk to the teachers about any issue, they'll deal with it.
