The Governors and staff work hard with the community of Robert Shaw School, in order to foster our ethos of mutual respect and to make British Values integral to all that we do. Children at our school compare Robert Shaw to a large family where everyone takes care of one another. We instil the idea that "We aim to improve in all that we do" into the minds of all of our students and employees.
