From the Edna G. Olds Academy
We passionately believe in the power of partnership working as a catalyst for better educational outcomes for children and systemic change. It has helped to transport Edna G Olds from special measures to outstanding school status and it has helped to transform other schools we have worked with as a National Support School. We are the lead school in the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust and we are joined by fellow Nottingham primaries and founding members Huntingdon, St Ann's Well and Sycamore. Our innovative model is already attracting attention from schools much further afield, which share our vision and values and are excited by the prospect of being part of a movement for change that will give children a better deal from their education. Early signs are that the Trust will grow quickly, but we will not lose sight of the importance of small-scale partnership working aligned to local context. We view this, combined with the strategic support of the national umbrella trust, as a particular strength. Our vision is that 'through outstanding leadership we, at the LEAD Academy Trust, will provide the highest quality education to enable every pupil to realise their full potential'. I used to go here it was amazing they provide us with proper care . They do every thing in their power to help us thrive in learning . Along with that they have a lot of safety precautions (they notify parents if they get injured ). Very good school
