The Ridgeway is a developing primary school that supports students and families from the larger Whitley neighbourhood of Reading as well as from the close-by University region. The Ridgeway is one of the schools that make up the Whitley Excellence Cluster, a collection of neighbourhood schools that collaborate to raise student achievement levels in the neighbourhood. We are hugely proud of all of our pupils and are committed to ensuring that they learn and fulfil their potential in a happy, respectful and safe environment. As our Vision states, we aim to 'nurture and support all pupils in their personal growth and aspirations', and we enjoy working alongside parents and the wider community as partners in the children's learning. This website is intended to introduce you to the mission and activities of our school community.
