At Queens, we consider each child and adult who walks through our doors to be valuable. We put a lot of effort into making sure that everyone who joins our school community feels appreciated, content, and respected to acknowledge their contribution to making our school a better place. All staff, working in partnership with children, parents and governors, strive to ensure the best possible education for each child as well as equip them with the life skills they require to become a valuable member of society. We believe that all our children deserve the best and our aim is to help them reach their potential in every area of school life - academic, spiritual, social, personal and physical. We work hard to make learning an enjoyable experience that the kids will remember long after they graduate from Queens Academy and that will help influence their future. The staff and governors are motivated by what they know to be right for the children at Queens and have high expectations of themselves and pupils alike, fostering in all children a belief that they can succeed. It is our goal as a Church of England school to celebrate and introduce children to the Christian religion while also appreciating many cultures. We respect the individuality of every kid and understand the value of providing students with the opportunity to grow spiritually as God's children.
