Dillan Shah quickly made himself at home at QE when he passionately immersed himself in school life. He is likeable and well-liked, has held the position of form captain, and participates in a variety of extracurricular activities. Dillan plays for the rugby B squad and has captained the water polo team for his age group. He has started participating in debates. He routinely participates in QE performances as a musician, singing in the School Choir, Chamber Choir, and B-Minors (an a capella barbershop group). Dillan has previously performed live on the BBC's Children in Need national telethon with the other QE lads. His Grade 5 piano exam was successful. He competed for the QE VEX IQ Robotics team, which has won national championships in each of its two seasons of competition, and which won the World Championships in Kentucky, USA, in 2018.
