We sincerely hope you will find what you're searching for; if not, please get in touch with the school to learn more. North Watford, Hertfordshire's Parkgate Junior School is a two-form junior high school. The majority of students who transition to us in Year 3 do so directly from Parkgate Infants School, with whom we are affiliated. Every child at our school is inspired to attain their greatest potential through learning and discovery in order to be prepared for a prosperous future. We aim to be a school where all children are supported to make good progress in all areas of the curriculum with a focus on the core subjects of English, Maths and Science. To ensure that every student has the chance to achieve, teachers closely collaborate with support personnel. Through our PSHCE classes and collaboration with the neighbourhood, we also seek to raise our kids to be kind and responsible members of the community. We place a lot of focus on healthy living and have earned the title of "healthy school." We are a member of the neighbourhood "Schools Sports Partnership" and have earned the "Active Mark" for our dedication to physical activity and sports. Our extensive selection of sports groups, which range from Karate to Street Dance, Golf to Basketball, is one of our greatest strengths. We have a very active PTA who raise a lot of money for the school each year through a wide variety of fun and exciting events for both pupils and their families. Our website contains information that we hope you will find useful. Please get in touch with the school office if you have any questions or if you wish to come see us.
