Our goal is to create a warm, encouraging environment where kids feel safe and secure so they may enjoy learning every day and work hard to fulfil their potential. We are fortunate to have a large, engaging school campus that provides a variety of possibilities and enough of space for extracurricular activities. We value the connections between students, teachers, parents, governors, and volunteers because we think the school has an important role to play in the neighbourhood. These connections, which are based on mutual respect and goodwill, are essential to the school's inclusive philosophy. Through our developing curriculum, and with a growing emphasis on children's Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural awareness (SMSC), we aim to prepare children for the challenges of a rapidly changing, diverse world, developing not only academic intelligence, but also the emotional and social skills that will enable them to lead successful, happy lives. Developing personal qualities such as resilience, tolerance and awareness of local, national and world events are important aspects of this as we prepare the children for life in 21st century Britain.
