We hope you find our website helpful, whether you already have a child at Litherland Moss or you are a parent or carer who is debating sending their child here. It serves as a reference for some of the practical topics that you may occasionally need to know while also outlining the goals of our institution. Litherland Moss Primary School is a community school with a one-form entrance that shares a location with the Litherland Family Wellbeing Center. In September 2018, the school became an academy and enrolled in The Heath Family (NW) Multi Academy Trust. Here is a link to Heath Family NW's website. We strive to offer children a comprehensive and diverse curriculum, and we take great pride in our accomplishments, especially when it comes to teaching children the fundamental skills of reading, writing, and mathematics. We provide a variety of extracurricular activities to further extend kids' perspectives. Our academic activity is entirely motivated by our principles. Within the context of our school, the child's family, and the larger community, we believe in the holistic development of the young person. All of our schoolwork鈥攖he curriculum, assemblies, and social events鈥攑romotes our principles. In all of their work and relationships with other people, children are urged to uphold the ideals. Within our school community we have the expectation that everyone (staff, pupils and parents) promote aspiration and ambition; encourage others to learn and be the best they can be; celebrate all achievement and recognise its importance to the individual.
