Welcome to the Roman Catholic Girls' School at La Retraite. Our 11–18 school has a rich history of academic excellence and community service dating back to 1880. Above all, we are a family that welcomes, respects, values, and takes care of everyone. Despite being mostly a ladies' institution, we do have a mixed Sixth Form. to give the students a place to grow in their overall well-being and to strengthen their faith, whatever it may be. to promote the welfare and happiness of the pupils. To assist pupils in negotiating their way through the rigours of growing up in London, we have a large pastoral team. We genuinely believe that content students have a higher chance of academic success. to be able to take advantage of the best opportunities. This includes outstanding teaching in all subjects, subsidised music lessons, excellent facilities, a Scholarship scheme and a huge range of extra-curricular clubs and trips. to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow. A number of schemes are in place, including Debate Leaders, Sports Leaders, Student Leaders and the Royal Navy Cadets, to enable the students to further their leadership skills and La Retraite students can be seen at numerous events organising and leading. La Retraite students are polite, kind, tolerant young people who work hard, achieve great things and make a difference to their communities. We are incredibly happy with them.

Clearly the last reviewer was a poor teacher who came and went. The school has great, caring, supportive teachers and support staff and that’s why the children do so well academically and emotionally.
Horrible school , I teach there and teaches don’t know how to control the class . Teachers are predictors
