From the Kender Primary School
Our school, a fully inclusive community primary school, received a "excellent" rating from Ofsted in 2016 for its leadership, early childhood education, personal development, behaviour, and welfare. Our school serves students ages 3 to 11 years old. Kender, which is a part of Lewisham, has 420 full-time student spots and 62 Nursery students. We take pride in having children who "are appreciated and nurtured as individuals" and a "caring ethos that penetrates all parts of school life," so that "the school emanates happiness, and tranquillity." Improvements to date are attributed to the superb leadership of the headteacher and other senior leaders, a clear vision of high expectations, great teamwork, and a fervent sense of community among staff and parents, according to Ofsted, who also remarked that the school "does not stand still." We strive to give every kid a top-notch education while fostering a loving and dependable relationship between the home and the school. We work hard to create a "dynamic curriculum," uphold high standards in all aspects of children's learning, and guarantee that every student gets the most out of their time in school. We take great pride in our school and would be honoured to have prospective new parents stop by for a tour. Please get in touch with us or reach out to me at [email protected] for more information.
