Our confidence in the partnership ethos and our resolve to make sure that more children obtain a top-notch education led to the formation of the L.E.A.D. Academy Trust. We fervently believe in the ability of partnerships to serve as a catalyst for systemic change and better educational results for kids. A relentless focus on great teaching and learning quality. Partnership working in critical areas like as leadership, professional development, and exchanging best ideas and practise. Our strategy places a great emphasis on leadership, not just at the Trust level, within our clusters of schools, or within individual schools, but also for staff and students. The improvement of leadership abilities is advantageous to everyone. Our emphasis on leadership includes personnel management, succession planning, and improved career possibilities for leaders across our schools. Our principles will be ingrained, the exchange of best practises will be facilitated, and sustainability will be promoted by developing our own leaders and deploying them across the Trust as opportunities arise. Schools from far away are already taking notice of our creative approach because they share our vision and values and are eager to join a change movement that will improve the quality of education for children. The Trust is showing early signs of rapid growth, but we won't lose sight of the value of small-scale collaborative functioning that is in line with local context.
