The school makes an effort to live out the values-based education it offers.
This includes all facets of school-based instruction and learning, with an emphasis on PSHE, Citizenship, SEAL, and R.E. All members of our school community are expected to act and speak in a way that reflects our values.
We are dedicated to creating a setting where all students feel valued and are able to learn and play together in a caring, cheerful, cooperative, and safe environment because we genuinely believe that "happy children learn best."
Every kid has a right to an education, as defined by the National Curriculum, which we affirm and recognise.
To be a "learning school" at all levels, we actively challenge new initiatives and consider the benefits for our students before modifying our procedures.
We want to make sure that staff development is a key component of school improvement since the staff at Hartburn Primary are a valuable resource and have the biggest impact on learning.
We help learners at all levels by giving all students equal access to learning through social, pastoral, physical, and academic support.
While our ideology is still steadfast, we alter our techniques every year to better serve the needs of the students.
When any changes are made to the curriculum, values, or skills philosophy, our students' opinions are taken into serious account.
We provide a creative curriculum in a secure, loving, and resourceful setting.
As educators, we think it's important for us to do it well. Our students' time in school is limited, priceless, and cannot be repeated; they only get one chance at a primary education.
In order to consistently offer the best learning possibilities, we work to deliver a high-quality education, critically evaluate our methods, and modify and develop our techniques.
In light of this, we strive to educate our kids how to recognise and use sets of abilities when they have learning opportunities.
These abilities are chosen to be improved upon year after year, improving learning, and they are age- and year-group-appropriate.
