The primary school education influences life prospects and can form a child's vision of themselves and goals. As the Headteacher, I feel immensely honoured to work with the kids, parents, and staff of this community.
In May 2012, Hampton Primary became a Stand Alone Academy after proving its ability to continue accelerating school improvement.
Following these accomplishments, Hampton received an invitation in October 2017 to participate in the Parliamentary Review as a representative of the South East area in recognition of exceptional practise and creative thinking in education.
This guarantees that the kids receive excellent care and guidance starting at a young age and continuing throughout the day and after regular school hours.
Hampton has "demonstrated strong practise and noteworthy improvements...and has improved strongly overall," according to Ofsted (April 2018).
In Key Stage 1, the percentage of kids who met or occasionally surpassed the national goals in reading, writing, and math.
Hampton is among the top 2% of schools nationwide for Key Stage 2 progress in reading, writing, and math.
Because of this, Ofsted suggested that the school's subsequent inspection be a Section 5 visit in order for us to receive the stellar evaluation that the Hampton community genuinely deserves.
The team spent time interacting with the locals and described in great detail the "exemplary practise observed...the entrenched caring ethos...instilling of values and that Hampton has established a learning culture where youngsters feel secure to take risks."
Our parents, speaking for many, concluded that "Children and families receive the best support from the school...," and that "the school is one of a kind, it cares for and wants the best for every single child."
