Welcome to the webpage for our school. I'm Vanessa Dear, the head teacher at Field Lane, and that's my name. In order to make sure that kids feel happy, cared for, safe, and ready and eager to learn, Field Lane works closely with families. We are a busy school community working closely with families, local schools, the local community and a variety of organisations to provide a high quality and exciting school curriculum for all our children that will enable them to continue to do well in the future. We employ a systematic approach to teach reading, writing, and math while also offering students the chance to apply their knowledge in different contexts outside of the classroom, like our Young Entrepreneurs Christmas Craft Fair. By doing this, we can make sure that our kids learn valuable life lessons that will serve them well in the future. Under the curriculum tab, further information on the curriculum is available. We sincerely hope you will find our website useful; it is updated frequently, so come back soon. Contact our school office if you have any inquiries or would like to schedule a visit.
