Our high standards are clear in a variety of domains, including academics, sports, the arts, culture, and behaviour.
In 2017, our GCSE results were once again remarkable.
As we enter a new era of even more demanding examinations, starting with English and Mathematics, I am delighted to say that over 70% of our students passed both English and Mathematics (over 80% for English and 75% for Maths) with almost one in three gaining the Government's Gold Standard EBACC qualification.
Similar results were seen in our Invictus VI Sixth Form, where 40% of submissions received the highest grades and there was a 97% pass rate.
At its most recent inspection in November 2012, Ofsted determined that the school is "excellent" in all respects.
In addition, we were among the first schools in the country to receive permission to establish an Army Cadet Detachment.
Additionally, we were the first school in Dudley to be given the Leading Parent Partnership Award, which at the time was given to just 250 schools, mostly in the London area.
We have recently received a fourth reaccreditation for the honour.
We take seriously the concept of "in loco parentis," which holds that while kids are enrolled with us, we act as their parents and only want the best for them.
This is a school that takes great pride in its own identity. We are proud of our students and the nurturing education they receive.
I highly encourage you to visit the school and determine for yourself how it "feels."
The first modest step toward establishing a rewarding connection is this information package.
It is meant to provide readers a general understanding of who we are and what we do.
Please let us know if you need any more information that isn't included in this pack.
