For kids ages four to eleven, Chilwell Croft Academy is a highly happy and growing institution. Presently enrolled students at the institution come from over 30 different countries and speak 40 different languages. As a multicultural community, we take pride in and actively promote our school's diversity. Our goal is to provide a setting where kids can advance intellectually and grow as people. We keep this in mind in all we do. We put a lot of time and attention into shaping our school's culture. Our artist in residence works with students to showcase their artistic abilities, which are shown around the school in a warm and organised physical setting. Our students pick up manners, a positive attitude toward learning, and respect for one another. To aid achieve this, each student has a planner and is a part of a house team. The display of their books shows that students take pride in their work. They appreciate our incentive programme and claim they feel secure at school. Our plan for school improvement is focused on fostering the greatest possible standards of instruction. When we can, we share best practises and recognise accomplishments. We have a lot of pride in our students and their families. Every youngster is encouraged to develop their self-confidence and is given genuine appreciation for their contributions. A real strength of our school are the very positive relationships between staff and pupils and within peer groups.
