We hope you find all you need on our website and that it will provide you with a window into life at our lovely school. Welcome to Ambergate Primary School. We strive continually at the school to provide learning of the highest quality which is rooted in a rich curriculum, enabling pupils to experience a breadth of learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom. Despite being a part of the Belper Cluster Collaboration, Ambergate Primary School benefits from being a small rural primary school. We collaborate with the other schools in the organisation, exchanging knowledge and materials, but our school takes pride in maintaining its own independence. The school consistently achieves excellent standards of achievement in math and English. Children graduate from school with reading, writing, and math scores that are far above the national average. Our on-site qualified specialists teach PE, French, music, and culinary to the highest standards for the entire school. We provide a wide variety of sports opportunities as part of our after-school programmes. Our goal is to identify and support each child's unique skills. At Ambergate, we want students to enjoy remarkable, life-long learning experiences. Our school is a very special place, we have amazing teachers and support staff, a wonderful site, and as a result, pupils are engaged, enthusiastic and proud of their school.
