Welcome to Woodrush High School, a well regarded and over-enrolled Academy for students aged 11 to 18.
In order to guarantee that all of our young people receive the top-notch education they deserve, Woodrush is a successful secondary school dedicated to fostering friendly, professional relationships between students, staff, parents, carers, and the community we serve.
Woodrush is well-known both locally and regionally, and it has a long history of achievement.
A "Good" school with "Outstanding" leadership and management, as well as "Outstanding" student personal development, behaviour, and welfare, was how Ofsted rated us in their most recent inspection.
Being a designated Teaching School and a National Support School represents our moral purpose and dedication to the support, education, and growth of teachers and students across our Alliance of schools, and I am pleased that this is the case.
We provide students with an engaging, progressive curriculum that motivates them to learn and gives them access to a wide selection of subjects and courses so they can gain knowledge, understanding, and skills in all facets of their education.
The Woodrush staff is dedicated to offering an ever-changing curriculum in a lively and engaging manner. They are diligent, committed, and well qualified.
