Since it was founded five years ago, our Ethos Group has strived to advance the Christian principles of our school. Currently, the group consists of thirteen kids in grades 5 and 6. Over the past fiveyears, the group has been involved in: delivering worship to the rest of the school; completing learning walks to find evidence of our Christian values in the school environment and presenting this as a continuously evolving scrap book of photographs; showing visitors around our school and presenting to delegates on the Christian Leadership North West conference; visiting ethos groups at other primary schools and hosting visits to our school; and making donations on behalf of our school community to our local foodbank. This is just a sample of the activities that the group has been involved in and they have lots of plans for this school year, to help the children in our school understand and put into practise our Christian values!. Over the last three years, we have worked alongside Tarporley CE Primary School and St. Oswald's CE Primary School in Chester to plan ethos conferences, that ethos groups from other primary schools in the Chester Diocese can attend to deepen their knowledge of Christian values, through fun and creative workshops.
