There is a caring and friendly community in which everyone feels valued and special. Children flourish as individuals as well as academically and socially. The conduct of children is excellent. Children make good progress in their personal, social and emotional development because of the positive relationships and trust they have with staff and the care and support they receive. Classrooms are a hive of activity! Teachers' subject knowledge and imaginative way of presenting lessons enable pupils to be challenged and reflective. The teaching they receive enables them to apply what they learn to their everyday lives. Pupils love learning because they are taught how to learn. Children are proud of their school and understand how the school's aims and Christian values impact on the school's every day life. They take responsibility for many aspects of school life through a vibrant school council and eco club. The school is very popular with parents and carers whose children need a small-school environment to help them overcome their barriers to learning. We ensure our school values, the Fruits of the Spirit, are instilled in the children to prepare them for life and changes in modern Britain.
