Greetings from Wistow. As the headteacher of our school, I am incredibly proud of our outstanding students who make it such a beautiful place to work and learn. We are committed to providing the very best possible care and education for all our children and our staff and governors are dedicated to ensuring each child experiences high quality teaching and learning, which nurtures and supports their individual interests and talents. We work hard to give our kids a dynamic, interesting curriculum that inspires and motivates them to become eager, lifelong learners. In order to give the kids a well-rounded education that includes possibilities for creativity, the arts, and sports. Additionally, we have strong ties to the neighbourhood and take part in activities and projects there. At Wistow, each person counts. Honesty, fortitude, forgiveness, and respect are the core characteristics of the institution and are closely related to Christian teaching. Being rated as "Outstanding" in our 2017 Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools makes us immensely proud to be a faith-based institution (SIAMS). We firmly think that education is a partnership between parents, teachers, administrators, and governors. The students will gain most from our collaboration, which is the partnership's most crucial component. Learning is a journey, and we aspire to travel it together to help each kid and ourselves become "the best that we can be." As a school, we are dedicated to pursuing ongoing development and making sure your child's stay with us will be joyful, enjoyable, and inspiring. If you're interested in learning more, contact us by phone or email for more information, or stop by the school; we'd be pleased to show you around.
