At the centre of the little rural Wingrave community is the expanding primary school Wingrave Church of England School. We are a learning community that aims to involve all relevant parties and members of the larger community in order to enhance the learning of the kids. Being a church school, we are dedicated to participating in daily acts of communal worship that help us instil our values and ethos, which are based in the Christian faith. The kids appreciate having church team members visit them frequently and taking part in celebrations at St. Peter and St. Paul's, the neighbourhood church. We continue to create a comprehensive and varied curriculum that is centred on the needs of our students, but more importantly, we push them to consider how we learn. As a result, we hope to build students who are lifelong, resilient, curious, and adaptable learners. Philippians 4:13 states, "I can do all things through Christ who empowers me. We provide strong academic standards, a caring culture, and a family-like environment as a Church School. Here at Wingrave, every child matters.
