Welcome to WGSB, where we provide boys aged 11 to 16 with an exemplary education and students in the sixth form access to a robust post-16 co-ed curriculum. Our goal is to create well-rounded individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and personal growth. Results are consistently excellent, with the majority of students enrolling in some of the most prominent colleges. A small percentage of students choose the Higher Level Apprenticeship programme as an alternate stepping stone to career success. The school has a focus on engineering, and it has made some intriguing connections with corporate sponsors to make sure the curriculum is up to date and appropriate for the fast changing demands of the profession. Alumnae visits make sure that our pupils have access to aspirational role models and may discover the numerous options and courses accessible to them. The school, which has been consistently oversubscribed, has increased over the previous few years and today has more than 900 kids. There is no substitute for a personal visit, despite the fact that the website and prospectus can offer you a clue of our ethos. You are welcome to come to one of our public events to learn more about the WGSB's commitment to excellence in teaching, fun, camaraderie, and hard work.
