We will work closely with parents, carers, local authority staff and other agencies to ensure that student's needs and aspirations are met. All students will have a personalised education programme to maximize their potential academically, physically, socially and emotionally and leave them well placed to move on successfully to further education, training or employment with training. The curriculum is designed to raise students' self esteem, develop positive attitudes and develop their skills so that they move on successfully to further education, training or employment with training. All staff will have the personal qualities, skills and expertise required to engage, manage and support students who have complex behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. All who work within Bridge4Learning will show a passion and commitment for working with our students and their families.
