In the midst of the storied West Malling neighbourhood of Kent, we are a contented primary school with a one-form entrance.
Our school's mission, which emphasises growth and inclusion, guides our daily efforts.
Knowing that "what we shall be has not yet been revealed," we work to be the finest versions of ourselves (1 John 3.2).
We thrive as one inclusive family through love, trust, compassion, hope, forgiveness, and tenacity.
Our vision reflects our school's ambition to understand each individual child in our care, their needs, talents, and capabilities, as well as our school's trust that for each child there is a plan in which we can have hope and faith. It is based on the Gospels of Matthew and John and reflects the Church of England vision that schools enable "life in all its fullness" (John 10. 10).
As a school, we have high expectations for the academic growth and development of our students, and we are deeply concerned that every student exemplifies our core values of love, trust, compassion, hope, forgiveness, and perseverance.
Our goal is to offer a top-notch, well-rounded education that enables each kid to identify his or her unique skills and talents and contribute positively to society.
We are a "excellent" institution where students "may grow in confidence and character while being influenced by Christian beliefs." (West Malling additionally offers children with an Education Health and Care Plan and a Developmental Language Disorder a specialised resource offering in the McGinty Speech and Language Centre (DLD).
Our curriculum and interactions among staff, children, and parents are guided by our values of love, trust, compassion, hope, forgiveness, and perseverance.
