Since my appointment in April 2012 as the Headteacher of Walkley Primary School and Lead Head for School Improvement, I have had the privilege of working with a staff that is talented, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, diligent, and conscientious to raise the bar for the education provided in order to develop the whole child.
The exceptional learning and teaching possibilities provided by Walkey Primary School allow students and families to "reach for the sky."
At Walkley, we are wholly committed to your children's growth and to giving them the greatest possible start in their formal education.
We view our school as a second home for the children, and we strive to instil in them positive attitudes and values that will last throughout their lives. We also strive to make these special days memorable, engaging, stimulating, and enjoyable.
