Mastery is the drive to do better at the vital things, whereas autonomy is the drive to live our own lives. We take care to clearly communicate our vision, core values, and guiding principles each day so that everyone in the school community is aware of why we are doing in the way that we are. We are conscious that if we want students to uphold our high standards, we must invest in building very strong relationships with parents, carers, and families. Tanfield School invites your involvement. We want you to take an active role in your child's education and support our staff as they work with your child.
