Since September 2011, I have had the honour of serving as the headteacher of Swanwick School & Sports College. My name is Chris Greenhough.
We hope that you may get a sense of the opportunities we can provide for our young people from our website.
Our curriculum is centred on the needs of our students, but it emphasises maximising each student's academic potential while also fostering their independence and life skills.
At SSSC, students make exceptional progress and have access to a wide range of relevant credentials, such as GCSEs, Entry Level credentials, Functional Skills, and Princes Trust certification.
Our pastoral team, which includes the head of school, the SENCo, the family liaison worker, and the positive support lead, makes sure that we address the social and emotional needs of our students and, whenever possible, assist families.
I am proud of the work we accomplish at the school, so if you believe your kid will benefit from attending, please call the school at 01773 602198 to set up a visit or get more information.
Each student will enjoy their time in school and have a plethora of fond memories and important experiences to look back on.
