We're glad you're here! Our most valuable resource at St. Peter's is our students, but we are also fortunate to have involved parents, a caring neighbourhood, and a wonderful school location. We are a modest but aspirational school in stunning West Somerset. We have five year groups from the Foundation Stage to Year 4 and serve children ages 4 to 9. There are five classes, and each one has a class teacher who is in charge of meeting the educational and spiritual requirements of the students for a whole academic year. We want to see every child at St. Peter's Church of England First School reach their full potential. We are fortunate to have a team of committed employees who have high expectations for each and every student they teach. In addition to encouraging a love of learning and the growth of self-esteem, we work to make our curriculum engaging, fascinating, and pertinent. As a church school, our mission is to support the growth of Christian ideals and promote respect for other people's faiths as well as their way of life. We firmly believe that we are "together on a learning journey" because St. Peter's School is at the centre of our neighbourhood. The website for our school should be enjoyable for you and provide you with a glimpse into daily life at St. Peter's. Regarding the website, we encourage feedback and suggestions. When we are at our best鈥攊n lessons and throughout the school day鈥攚e always individually tour prospective parents around and invite them to visit our school. Please get in touch with the school directly if you need any additional information; we look forward to hearing from you.
