Being named the new headteacher of St. Mary's Catholic Primary School fills me with joy and honour.
Since I've spent the majority of my childhood in Newcastle and attended both primary and secondary schools within our MAC, I already feel a strong feeling of belonging.
I've always had a great belief in the ability of education to transform children's lives and in every child's entitlement to a top-notch education.
As your new headteacher, I am dedicated to creating opportunities for our students to meet the highest academic standards while also making sure that they are well-known as individuals and that their special personalities, talents, and interests are nurtured and developed to the fullest extent possible.
I love teaching, and I have high standards for everyone in our school community, including myself.
By making sure that our school is forward-thinking and ambitious within a supportive and safe environment, it is my intention to build on the strong foundations and present accomplishments of St. Mary's.
