We are housed in a one-story structure with lovely gardens and a safe astro-turf ball cage that the kids can utilise during playtime. We also have a planting area where the kids enjoy growing flowers, fruit, and veggies. We also have the great fortune of having the Stave Hill Eco-Park just next door, which we use as an extra resource for in-class activities. Each of the seven courses has a maximum of 30 seats, one for each year group. Additionally, a nursery school offering full- and part-time spots is available. Each Nursery and Reception class has access to an own, fully furnished outside play area. The aim of St John's is to create a caring Christian environment in which the love of God is present, so that all members of our community children, parents, teaching and support staff and Governors can grow spiritually and thus create an industrious and stimulating environment in which the potential of each child can be fully developed. Ofsted has rated the students' behaviour at St. John's as "excellent," making it a good school (April 2016). Our curriculum has also been rated as "excellent," and the variety of outings, guests, and activities are acknowledged for enhancing the students' educational opportunities. Together with St. James the Great Primary School in Peckham, St. John's is a member of a rigorous federation. Because I am confident that the authorities are doing their best to keep us safe, I feel very secure at school. I love music because I love to write songs, and I feel proud every time we play. Making friends with the kids from St. James School was fun for me. I enjoy visiting the woodlands because we may view a variety of birds and hear their songs.
