I'd like to extend a warm welcome to you and your family on behalf of the students, staff, and governors on our school website.
It also explains how parents and friends can get involved in the activities of the school and its neighbourhood as well as the variety of options we provide students.
In order to create the greatest environment for every student, staff, governors, and parents collaborate closely at St. George's Academy.
Christian principles are consistently reinforced by both adults and children at our school.
Above all, we want to make sure that everyone who visits this place is in a secure, loving environment.
Church of England Primary Academy St. George's is frequently referred to as "a village school in the city."
In September 2013, the school made the decision to become an academy, and it is now a part of the St. Christopher's Multi Academy Trust (M.A.T.).
All new Reception students may enrol at one point in September, but parents may postpone their child's spot until January.
At St. George's, we take part in several community initiatives, collaborate closely with other Church schools, and are thrilled to be a part of the Christopher's Multi-Academy Trust.
Since we really believe that parental involvement in a child's education is crucial, we actively encourage parents to do so.
Throughout the academic year, parents have numerous opportunities to acknowledge and participate in their child's learning.
Parents and guests are always welcome to visit our school or get in touch with us to express their opinions, feel good vibes, and offer suggestions on how we can make life at St. George's better.
Staff and students update this website frequently, and many of the sites include ways for parents to provide comments.
