Our school is active and prospering in the sizable village of Ibstock. Our goal is to assist your child get off to the greatest possible start in school and realise their full potential. The team places a high value on the students enjoying their education and their time in school. We are a pleasant and friendly school where you will feel like a partner in your child's education. We want you to feel comfortable approaching us with any queries. The school offers education to kids aged 4 to 7, and we also have a 10-seat unit for kids with moderate learning disabilities. Every child participates in a comprehensive programme that uses year group themes to cover many subjects from the National Curriculum. In addition, we encourage outside guests who can enrich the discussion with their unique expertise. We also plan excursions from the classroom, such as trips to churches and other houses of worship. As a Church of England Infant School, we collaborate closely with our neighbourhood church, St. Denys in Ibstock, hosting events like Messy Church and Open the Book Assemblies every month. We also collaborate with the Diocese of Leicester and the Ibstock Baptist Church Foodbank. We are associated with North West Leicestershire Sports Partnership and Forest Way Teaching School. Children are welcome to participate in a variety of after-school programmes at St. Denys CE Infant School. We are eager to get to know you as parents and collaborate with you.
