Our Catholic Life curriculum at St. Cuthbert's School is extensive and diverse, and we feel that everything we do for and with our students is infused with our religion.
We have covered Prayer, Sacramental Preparation, Saints, SMSVC, and Collective Worship - all active aspects of Catholic Life - in different sections of this website.
We have embraced the Catholic Schools Profile of the Archdiocese of Birmingham as of September 2015.
In order to examine the principles and qualities that derive from the Gospel and the teachings of Jesus, we shall collaborate throughout all school phases.
These principles and qualities come from the Jesuit Institute, which is founded on St. Ignatius's teachings.
Eight pairs of complementary words were placed together to generate a Pupil Profile.
The Jesuit materials can now be used by the Archdiocese of Birmingham under the term Catholic Schools Profile.
The entire school will concentrate on a single pair of words each half-term. We will spend time discussing the terms' meanings, how we see these values being applied to our own lives and the lives of others, and how we might seek to embody these values in our daily lives.
Students at St. Cuthbert's Primary School are developing into.
The work is subsequently entered into the SMSVC book for each class.
Our SMSVC books are a source of great pride for us since they accurately reflect the significance of the Catholic religion for both our staff and our kids.
Being Generous and Grateful are our main priorities.
We shall analyse what it means to be Generous and Grateful during assemblies and masses for the entire school, all classrooms discussed the significance of these words.

The ethos at St. Cuthbert's explicitly incorporates democratic ideas.
Through our School Council and Pupil Voice interviews conducted by subject leaders, students have additional opportunities to have their opinions heard.
School Council and House Captain elections are decided by student ballots, and each of these organisations polls its members on several issues.
Both in the classroom and during school assemblies, the value of laws and rules is frequently emphasised.
