St. Andrew's is a welcoming, caring institution.
We are happy to be an Outstanding Church of England school and have strong ties to The Minster Church of St. Andrew in the heart of the city.
Our high-quality instruction is based on our imaginative curriculum, and we take use of our location in the heart of the city by taking students to nearby attractions including Plymouth University, Plymouth Guildhall, and the National Marine Aquarium.
We encourage our kids to commute to school in an active manner, such as on foot, bikes, scooters, or even skateboards, as part of the Bike It Plus programme.
We currently hold the Bronze and Silver Sustrans awards, and we are striving toward the Gold award.
We take part in events and festivals like hockey, basketball, cross country, table tennis, and boccia as a member of the Plymouth Schools Sports Partnership.
Year 2 is starting to learn how to play the ukulele with the assistance of our talented music teacher, and Year 4 is still having fun learning how to play the clarinet.
We all like dressing up for our St. Andrew's and National Internet Safety Days when we teach others how to stay safe online. We were honoured to receive Parent Zone's 2017 Digital School of the Year Award.
We all gain from the use of professional peer mediators who assist kids in resolving conflicts both inside and outside of the classroom.
Our website seeks to introduce you to our school and offer helpful resources for both parents and students.
If you have any questions, praises, or recommendations, feel free to post them in the "Guestbook" or get in touch with the school directly (see the contact information page).
